New Grad RNs will be enrolled in our 12 month New Grad Residency Program-Acute Care or Behavioural Health
Student loan repayment assistance can be applied for after 6 months of employment
Behavioural Health RNs
We have large Behavioural Health/Psychiatric Campus that would welcome more Canadian RNs both experienced and New Grads
Return to Practice and IEN RNs
Return to Practice RNs will be considered for our Med Surg units, Behavioural Health units or other units depending on their previous RN experience and length of time out of practice.
Transition to Acute Care RNs
RNs who would like to transition from Long Term Care, Home Care, Public Health would be eagerly welcomed into one of our Medical, Surgical or Behavioural Health Units
